America Auto provides auto insurance quote services, insurance information, and educational resources directly to consumers through its website. America Auto is not an insurance carrier, agency, or broker. America Auto provides its own quote services, informational resources, and customer support directly through its website. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, ZIP code, optional mobile phone number, and the answers you choose in our quote questions (for example, the type of vehicle you drive, the coverage level you prefer, whether you are insured today, and how many drivers are in your household).

Consent records: whether you checked each consent box, the exact wording shown to you, the version of that wording, and the date and time.

Technical information: IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, and any referral parameters in the link you used to reach us.

In order to fulfill your request, America Auto may use contracted service providers that act solely on America Auto's behalf and at America Auto's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by America Auto and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

SMS opt-in and consent: your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser may store basic technical data needed to display pages correctly. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash; those services receive your IP address and browser information as part of delivering the files.

We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. America Auto does not sell your personal information. To make a request, email support@thecallofamerica.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to support@thecallofamerica.com.

9. Children

America Auto is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
